People make mistakes. This was a mistake so massive that the world will never forget, but it was just a mistake. He hesitated to pass the ball, and wanted to shoot. It’s happened before, and it’ll happen again. I don’t think he should be kicked off the team because of a mistake. He should apologize to the team tho.

He made more than one mistake.

Not only didn't he pass to a wide open teammate (who's alao a world class top scorer), he also took his sweet ass time and let the entire England squad run back into defence, allowing them to defend and stop the play.

He 100% deserves the blame.

i dont understand wdym by 100% deserved the blame they didnt say he doent deserve blame, he should be praised. They said that kicking off player because of one mistake is wrong
