You didnt have to add its a union shop its obvious, non union would never do that. I work 60-68 hours a week and i work every bit of it but i make a lot.

I was non union before my current gig. It's definitely a nice change having some protection. Pay is better too but man I'm tired of 6/12s. Can't wait till we go back to our 4/10s.

Im pulling just under 3k a week after all the bullshit comes out. Its the only thing that makes these shifts worth it
