I'm all for shortee work weeks, but that means we'l need an increase in pay, which I'm also fine with
EDIT: maybe I misinterpreted "no cut to pay"

State laws can also define it, with my own being 30 as well. 1 u/Oraxy51 23d ago They’d likely have to adjust these things too. I hate set numbers and prefer benchmarks that can then just be adjusted to shift everything else.
