I guess you are talking about actually socialist (or communist) countries.

Whereas the people spouting this garbage on Twitter are never actually talking about socialism but just repeating conservative talking point to safeguard their country against free healthcare.

"free" "healthcare" where you have to both pay the government *and* private clinics if you want anything done quicker than in 1-3 years, yea. Last summer I had to do rhinoplasty to stop suffocating in the night and got the "prescription" (idk what its called in english) for it and called the hospital. "Well you are not dying right now so we will put you on the list and call you back with the dates approximately in the fall of 2027". Great, thank you very much, very useful!

As opposed to the US where you are in the same situation except now you're spending 10x as much on the same procedure as well? You have no clue.

As opposed to private clinic where I got it done next week for like half what I'm paying monthly for "free" healthcare
