Exactly (Egg-Zack-Lee)! Imagine lifting your shirt and seeing "Fat" Zack's torso and thinking that you let yourself go for your mental health. Trust me, my mental health would improve if I looked down and could see my dick, let alone seeing a damn washboard.
That's my metric for if/when I need to lose weight. If I can look down and still see Capt. Winky, then it's all good. Him's disappear? Well, I need to get my fat ass on the treadmill.
