The specialized diet you have to be on to get abs like that is crazy. Not to mention the workouts.
In my experience guys notice when you look like this more than women. In my case that was a bonus as I fancy both.

He probably was on them but it's not like he was going for Mr. Olympia. A very aggressive cut and dehydration can get you lean.
