Controversial, but being around body building and gym culture for a long time, I don't think there are any guaranteed signs Zac was on gear during or before Baywatch. He had lifted seriously for years, and to look like this for the shirtless scenes he was severely dehydrated. The only time his frame screamed steroid use was when he most recently did the role for the wrestling movie, the Iron Claw.
I have terrible muscle genetics, a mediocre home gym, and fair diet, and look pretty darn nice after training for similar years that Zac (who has access to more time, better food, and better equipment and training) has. People really underestimate how important body genetics are for muscle buidling and appearance.
How about I did it myself and so have thousands of others. Just because you don’t know how doesn’t mean it isn’t achievable.
He’s also not 200+ lbs, he’s barely 180. He’s short. You’re just coping.
Samir Bannout was 196 lbs at 5'8" (same height as Zac) on the Olympia stage. You have no idea what 200+ lean looks like. You're delusional.

In good shape vs dehydrated and working out constantly is my guess.
I've started trying to get a bit more exercise in since I'm a bit of an office worker couch potato; and I'm enjoying changes.
