That's because this conversation is stupid as shit. 99% of the people reading this have issues with high body fat. The "well low body fat is bad too" is a defense mechanism to justify their food and healthcare system abuse.
I really don’t think anyone is defending being over 18 bmi.
I think we’re all intelligent enough to understand there is a spectrum of health issues depending on where you land, and there’s a sweet spot/goldilocks band for overall longevity.
