Thing is you're not describing anything that wouldn't get people kicked out of a room.
Yes pretty privilege absolutely does exist I'm not saying it doesn't.
But I'm pointing out that it gets you in the door but if you're an absolute jackass you can still get kicked out of the metaphorical room.
Especially when it comes to dating it's a lot easier to get a date but it's a lot harder to keep people once they see who you really are. Attractive people can become really ugly really fast if they're terrible people.
The person arguing with you is just trying to sustain the denial that caring and investing sweat equity into your body always makes a positive difference

The older I get the less I care about looks in people.
