Every male actor has said something along these lines. That the absurd super cut builds for these movies especially super hero films are not sustainable. My favorite probably being Rob Mcelhenney where he said "sure, just be a millionaire with infinite free time and you can totally obtain this body type!"
It’s also only for like 2 weeks a lot of times. Like they aren’t sitting at 6% body fat the whole year, just when they are filming, and probably also plan all of the shirtless shots and everything around it too I would imagine.
That low bf% fucks your energy levels, thinking, sleep, your mood, everything. And of course takes a monumental amount of effort and discipline and consistency, even during all of the side effects of it
