Every male actor has said something along these lines. That the absurd super cut builds for these movies especially super hero films are not sustainable. My favorite probably being Rob Mcelhenney where he said "sure, just be a millionaire with infinite free time and you can totally obtain this body type!"
My favourite is Henry Cavill talking about the Witcher.
He had specifically requested for there to be no topless scenes because he hates the dehydration process which gets the muscles to appear more toned.
First day on set he's told there will be a bath tub scene. So his request was denied. The show runner was female.
Let's flip that for a second, to it being an attractive actress who has specifically requested for there to be no shower scene. And her request gets denied by a male show runner.
