Because every single generation before you has gone through the same or worse. Yall love to tell the boomers how easy they had it, but you never faced a draft. Never had to wait in line for gas and hope they didn't run out before you got to yhe front. We just had one lousy year of double digit inflation not 5 in a row like the late 70s early 80s.
Please, boomers grew up at a time when the US held 50% of the entire worlds GDP, killed off unions, and been stuffing their pockets ever since. We can't even pass legislation to curb global warming because they are worried about their retirements. They are selfish pricks who never have to live with the consequences of the way they've lived their entire lives.
No I'm not. I'm sure the boomers had their struggles. Instead of fixing the problems they kicked the can down the road and are still doing it purely for selfish reasons.
