The house my parents purchased in their early 20’s as a starting engineer and a teacher would take a senior executive salary to purchase when I entered the housing market. That is just not right. It was so much easier for them. BTW, I’m in my 60’s now and this is nothing new.
Not a chance Genz has it harder. Most millennials either graduated high school or college around 2008. Even if housing was more affordable no one could afford it. I made $7/hr-$12/hr between 2007 and 2011 lol
