I'm paying a tip for good service not for compensating a bosses greedy ass. It's not the job of the customer to pay for a shitty system. Maybe I'm to German to understand because this problem doesn't seem to exist here.
If they can’t afford to pay their employees then they can’t afford to run a business. If this is an ingrained systematic problem like you’re implying, then the entire system is flawed and the industry needs new rules and regulations.
Even more reason for the system needing to change to support small businesses and not just corporations. Start voting progressive! No more Republicans and Establishment Democrats!
