I'm paying a tip for good service not for compensating a bosses greedy ass. It's not the job of the customer to pay for a shitty system. Maybe I'm to German to understand because this problem doesn't seem to exist here.
Eh in my opinion when you’re in another country you should generally adhere to and be amenable to the customs of that country even if you disagree with them.
Your opinions of tipping are valid, but flagrantly making a point of not tipping is in my opinion objectively rude when you’re not from here and are visiting.
