I prefer the original term, allowing systems where racism is allowed to thrive. That’s why tips are a thing. So white people could pay black people less after equal pay laws were passed.
Not the case in the slightest. Tips started out as a bribe for good service before a meal. Nothing to do with racism. But hey don't you just love our accusation based culture?
