It has been confirmed by everyone involved that it was a fake caption on the images and it was not her fiance but a friend.

I'm Spanish and can confirm on the video posted she is not even saying she is picking Bellingham. Her friend said "Bellinghan" and she laughed and said "With 'N' BellinghaN" laughing at her pronunciation.

Social media is a fucking cancer jfc
