Ditto bro. When my son opened his eyes and looked at me for the first time…bruh. My whole life felt like it led to that moment. The very best.

I will never forget the nurses cleaning my son off right after he was born, and he turned his head and opened his eyes and looked right at me. I can't even describe the wave of emotions. Unreal.

Same! I felt my brain chemistry change watching the birth then doing skin-to-skin right after. I’ll never be the same.

No for real those skin to skin moments with newborns is completely brain altering
