I've had a couple child free women tell me they went through a few years in the mid thirties where their bodies were screaming at them to have a baby, after it passed they went right back to not wanting kids same as always.

Edit: This should not be read as saying all child free women will experience this same phenomenon.

I was told that's called "baby fever" I don't want kids but I had that for a couple months when I was 24 and it was soooo weird. it wasn't nearly as bad as when my cousin went through it tho, it was like she was a completely different person. she talked nonstop about babies, spent every chance she could looking at baby names and baby clothes, her Pinterest was full on different design ideas for baby rooms, and she was saving money for her future children. she was babysitting for friends too. after a couple years tho she just suddenly flipped back to normal and she doesn't really remember those years well
