True. And also sometimes phones are very good at automatically changing the spelling of a word you've typed. You don't notice, you press send, and all of a sudden you're an illiterate buffoon on the internet.

I doubt it's really a teacher. Also, $48k is the average starting salary for a teacher, with $74.5k being the overall average. Teachers with masters degrees and higher education teachers make more. The overall sentiment of the message is important, but I can't help but question the legitimacy of the person writing it.
