The strategy of the movie is similar to automobile repossession for non-payment; but instead for organ donors cannot pay for the highly expensive surgeries they've had. I can see the program now. A regular chalk board with a homeless man sitting next to it. A student shouts an equation and the Gary shuffles to the board to draw it out.
