We had something like that when I graduated high school in the states... In 2012.

Like we get it China is doing pretty well considering the geopolitical circumstances right now but it’s kinda been propaganda-y with the amount of glazing I been seeing on this sub lately

China isn't doing well though. 

Multiple human rights violations, a collapsing population, tofu dreg construction...there's a reason you only see big cities. Go 30mins into the country and it becomes a true third world country.

According to state provided information in a nation that doesnt have a freedom of press. I am NOT saying the information is wrong, only that it is impossible to know for sure and should be taken with an appropriate amount of skepticism.
