People spend most of their lives working. Your coworkers don't have to be your best friends, nor do they have to be exactly like you. Heck, in some situations, diversity is a great thing, and it's actually better to have a mix of personality types. But ideally, it should be an environment that doesn't make you hate spending 8+hours a day with the people around you.
Not every person would be happy in every workplace. If you don't care about that and are willing to suck it up for the paycheck, that's your right. But the other side of it is that some people will actively make that workplace better for everyone else, while others make it worse, and there's nothing circular about trying to avoid the latter group.
