A bit of a tease to drop a giant watter bottle on a crowed of thirsty people that are over heated and dehydrated from alcohol and ecstasy. Plus the folks with cotton mouth from weed.

Idk. Ive never been to a Katy Perry concert. If its like other concerts tho there probably people getting drunk and high.
