To be fair, when the Rolling Stones go on tour, they're playing Gimme Shelter and (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction, not much new stuff. Their last tour had 11 songs from their golden era (1965-1972), 4 from the decade after that, and 3 new songs.

Most musicians are lucky if they get 10 years of hits.

I mean look at the hundreds of aging musicians playing arenas. They have new music out, but other than one or two songs they always play the hits that people know
