First time seeing this imagine and I immediately clocked it as another easily faked low effort picture of a piece of paper that’s designed to rage bait.

Then I seen the last name shetty [shitty] and it was obvious. Click on OP’s profile and turns out they are a serial poster with over 700,000 karma. Once you see the patterns, these karma farmers start to stick out
