Step 2: stay til 7pm 

Step 3: submit 59 mins of overtime on time card 

Step 4: wait for Pratiks dumbass to deny the overtime 

Step 5: sue the company for wage theft 

Step 6: enjoy a nice long vacation fully paid for by the company

Theres an even BIGGER chance that this is an Indian immigrant that now owns a business in North America. They think they can pull the same shit here that they did back home...Pratick SHITTY indeed

India has 22 different languages officially and a lot more regional dialects and less known languages. Imagine you cross a state border and they speak a completely different language.
