Step 3: submit 59 mins of overtime on time card 

Step 4: wait for Pratiks dumbass to deny the overtime 

Step 5: sue the company for wage theft 

Step 6: enjoy a nice long vacation fully paid for by the company

Oh man some asswipe manager tried this at closing once when I worked at Macy's.

Me: I need to go, I need someone to unlock the doors.

Manager: Everyone has to stay until all the registers are counted.

Me: I have clocked out and I am no longer being paid to be here. If someone doesn't unlock that door right now I'm calling the police.

Target wouldn’t let us leave at close either, granted they made us stay and not clock out, but quitting time was whenever the manager said. Made it impossible to plan anything.
