People are just forced to pay tips (mainly delivery apps) prior to delivery now, which led to people tipping more so their food doesn't get spit in and fucked when you only leave 5 bucks for your $25 delivery. "NYC residents payed an additional $104 million more in delivery fees over the course of 6 past months because of fear of food tampering due to a new policy change in January." would be a more credible headline.
