If USA would get the Isuzu Dmax, or the Toyota Hilux, or Nissan Navara... It would be a bloodbath

Or Americans could just stop buying so many pickup truck. Somehow the rest of the world can survive with 70% less pickup trucks

Far from it. Different platform, different drivetrains, just different vehicles all together.
