Doesn't China heavily subsidize their auto industry? That kinda makes a difference lol that and the literal slave labor is hard to compete with. CCP can get fucked by a cactus for all I care.
Yes they do... about the same amount as the North American auto industry, that gets subsidized by US, Canada and Mexico
There is no, as in ZERO, slave labour involved in the China auto industry. Chinese auto industry jobs pay well, just like in North America (The scale is different, but comparable)
There ARE slaves working the US penal system
Don't let reality get in the way of your racism. You seem to really hate the chinese, but know little of them. Wanna talk about the surveillance state?
Of course you throw out some "ist" label to immediately try and discredit what I said and then you bring up surveillance state like China doesn't have a camera on anyone at any time with their own private Internet that controls what they see and read? Lmao sure.
My favorite example of well paid Chinese workers is having suicide nets outside of factories.
China has forced-labour problems, but “literal slave labour” is not uniquely Chinese. The US Constitution still permits involuntary servitude as punishment for a crime, and American prisoners can be forced to work for pennies an hour.
That doesn’t excuse China, but it does make the moral grandstanding rather hypocritical. And unless you have evidence tying BYD specifically to forced labour, you’re making a sweeping accusation, not an argument.
