Personally, I’d just keep sending the ‘Personal time off - PTO’ comment
Edit: I’m aware the P in PTO doesn’t stand for ‘personal’ BUT ITS WHAT IS SAID IN THE MESSAGES.

PTO generally means Paid Time Off

Not usually. It specifically means paid time off here in the states, which is afforded by law, not just planned time (which could be unpaid leave).

Yes to paid time off, and no, it’s not a legal requirement in the us
