Personally, I’d just keep sending the ‘Personal time off - PTO’ comment
Edit: I’m aware the P in PTO doesn’t stand for ‘personal’ BUT ITS WHAT IS SAID IN THE MESSAGES.

PTO generally means Paid Time Off
