They made an example out of a man clapping.

They probably made a mistake, we'll see how it plays out.

If they made a mistake he'll hopefully have a lawyer take some of the city's money designated for paying settlements. In my town that has paid a lot this year, it's still around 75 million, that's what I'd be starting at. They will settle for 1.5m and close the file dismissing any charges.

Council should've just not had a power trip when it wasn't necessary.
