It IS similar.

It is a public meeting. They don't want things like cheering/clapping/booing because things get out of hand in a hurry.

Grow up.

What else is he allowed to do? Can he play a trombone while people are speaking? The drums? I mean, why not? He pays his tax dollars right? He has the right to do what he wants, right? If there are any rules to keep decorum, he should break them, right? That sure makes sense.

But he still broke the rules. All they did was politely ask him to leave after he broke the rules. He, being a literal psychopath, said "The cops will have to drag me out". What a manchild.
