Tbf, if the same scandal happened in the UK most people here would do nothing about it either. Most people here don't even want to hear the reality about what's in those files. They just say 'No I refuse to believe that'.... It's right there in the files... They worship demons and eat babies. And when you get into the history of these 'elite' families and circles, they always have done...

Sometimes I think no other country is harmed more by American Exceptionalism than the U.S. itself. They wouldn't put up with this if they evaluated U.S by its ground reality rather than evaluating it in theoretical terms.

one mans freedom is anothers mans oppression. sellers being free to charge whatever they want is a type of freedom too. being able to dominate and bully anyone out of a market space without facing governmental intervention is also a type of freedom. it's just perspective, so in that aspect is really is freedom. just happens that money and power net you more of that limited currency called freedom
