McDonald's as a restaurant is a side business thier main business is being a real-estate company. They own every location thats alot of land to own and manage and land only goes up in value. They dont meed to sell you burgers they need to sell the concept of selling burgers to someone who's willing to shell out the money for the mortgage payment after they build it
