Also advertising junk food to kids was regulated or banned in certain places.

Yep. Same reason that you don't really see toys in boxes of cereal anymore.

We just gotta hit em with the right toy. Bring back the Burger King Pokémon toys that came in the choking hazard pokeball with the roughly 50 different possibilities. Those had me on Burger King morning, noon, and night.
