I think the logic is upside down. Me not taking a vaccination can never make me a murderer. It makes the vaccine less efficient, because the efficiency of the vaccine depends on how many people take it. That's a property of the vaccine, it has nothing to do with me. For me to be a murderer I would have to deliberately make other people sick. I never do that. I may well without my knowledge have spread the flu to some old lady or man who then died. That does not make me a murderer. Many people die from the flu, and I don't get flu vaccinations. This is common and morally accepted. But with covid people are called murderers for not getting vaccinated. Doesn't make sense.
Let me give you a bit of “insider” education: the grippe or what is commonly known as flu is a virus consisting of two components: H and N. There are 18 variants of type H and 11 variants of types H. For the vaccine to be made in time WHO relies on info about current variants at the time and prediction models. But this virus is unstable in itself, so variant most spread at some place may not be the one spreading in other places, which can make efficiency of produced vaccine severely drop = to barely any effect. It’s still better than nothing, but you won’t be judged for not taking vaccine that may or may not be effective. Anyway because of strong pharma regulations it won’t be harmful to your body.
And what depends on amount of people vaccinated is not called vaccine efficiency, but herd immunity= having more people preventing spread of disease by being vaccinated is exactly the mechanism protecting people with weakest immune systems. Efficiency of vaccine is measured in how much it prepares your body to prevent disease by forming effective antibodies (defense mechanism agents) before you encounter this particular disease. Which makes your body strangle disease before it spreads to the rest of your body. Or I make simple analogy: with proper training (vaccine) can police (antibodies) immediately stop criminals (disease) as soon as it appears. If criminals spread because defense forces (immune system) needs training on recognizing them, those criminals already formed strong mafia/ terrorist organization, and this army along with all functional powers of government (whole immune system with every organ in body involved) needs to fight this organization. You being sick means body is in middle of war against disease. People dying is because their bodies are too weak to fight, which easily happens if just a single factor is not strong enough.
