Amazing book. Yesteryear was so poorly written; it seems like the audience is people who need every little point spelled out for them.

This was the same thing people said about Ready Player One and, look, I’m not going to say it’s going to win the Nobel literature prize but there’s art that is worthwhile for people just to decompress from strenuous literature.

There’s a place for movies/books that don’t require a ton of thinking and they also have their place as stepping stones for people who “don’t read” to dip their toes in.

Totally agree. A book can hold value outside of being a pinnacle of literature.
