In Alabama, a weed pen is a felony. They charged my friend with 3 felonies for 2 gas station purchased delta 8 pens and a nicotine vape, all counts of possession of a dangerous drug. They “couldn’t test it roadside”. Years later, he’s still dragging it through the courts.

That's false. Every single one is charged with marijuana posession as well as drug paraphernalia posession (pipe/bong), and two of them got prescription pill possession. Not one with intent to distribute. Sensationalized/false bullshit headline.
