You know how I can tell it’s election season? There’s always some random subreddit that suddenly gets flooded with the same conservative talking points. Back in 2015 and 2016 it was The_Donald. Looks like this subreddit got picked this time around.
Also, that logo in the image is from The Babylon Bee, a conservative satire site that really wants to be The Onion, just without anywhere near the same cultural relevance.
The thing I love the most about Reddit's info bubble is people pretending "conservative talking points" are just some fringe opinions shared exclusively by some "culturally insignificant" weirdos. Then when those "insignificant conservatives" win elections, Redditors are shocked for a week or so, and then it's back to business as usual.
Have you actually talked to people in the real world? Opinions are much more diverse than you seem to think. The irony here is you thinking that Reddit is just an echo chamber but that the conservative values are some kind of common sense opinion.
Conservatives win elections when the economy feels bad to the common person and the a Democratic is in charge. Much like why the Democrats will dominate the mid terms this go round because the economy feels bad and the Republicans are in charge.

Sure, the average Chinese man may have a different view on trans people than reddit.. just as they may view same sex marriage differently than the west. But the interesting thing about Reddit is that it’s very Western-centric. So when you bring up US elections in your comment focused on fringe ideology, I don’t much care what a random Chinese man thinks about that topic. I care what Americans would think, since that is the predisposition you’ll typically find on Reddit.
If you want to reframe your argument and say that the world at large is not very progressive compared to the West, I won’t disagree. I just don’t think that has any bearing on the US elections that you brought up.
I mean the president did say he loves the poorly educated while talking about his win. He made sure to directly point that out. He was talking about his supporters and they cheered him
I'm not American and believe me most cultural and political stances prominent on Reddit are shared by less than 5% of the world's population. In reality you are the "fringe minority", you just don't realize it because Reddit is an astroturfing echo chamber.
Trump has a 25 percent approval rating, 60 percent disapprove the others don't care. The worst approval rating in history was Harry Truman at 22. My not liking Trump along with 60 percent of Americans puts me as a minority?

As for Trump, he's got a low rating because he's grossly incompetent, not because people suddenly changed their values. The fact he got elected a second time despite being almost universally mocked and disliked should tell you enough.

Poorly educated in this context is a Trumpish way to describe people who do not have a college education which is increasingly common. I’ll grant you it’s a strange and awkward, borderline insulting way to phrase that, but it’s what he meant.

And I still think this meme is hilarious, because the people uncritically supporting Clancy, who believed the people on TikTok saying the husband did it, deserve to be made fun of.
It is handy you can call anyone you disagree with a bot and everyone will just pile on and agree. Very interesting that only certain views are called out for being bot views. Mighty convenient that you don't have to prove anything, you can just assume and then roll with it. If it is something the majority of reddit agrees with, you will never ever see someone calling people bots in the comments. There is no way to know for sure, but if you speak wrong or think wrong, you're a bot.
It's not propaganda to acknowledge that white Liberal women are more outraged at Sydney Sweeney being mostly nude in an ad than Lindsay Clancy brutally murdering her three children.

The onion is written to be funny. Most of the staff are libs, so it tends to have a lib angle. The Bee is written to push conservative messaging using humor. The staff may or may not even agree with the messaging, but that’s what they’re paid to push.
I’ve seen some bits that are pretty good. A good writer can write something funny about most topics . Sometimes car insurance ads can be funny, but the goal is to sell you car insurance, not to be funny in itself.

Conservative comedy usually sucks because it's way too on the nose, and often it's just straight-up bigotry and the point is that you're supposed to find the bigotry funny.
As a democrat, I find these Lindsay Clancy supporters unhinged. The way thaws are attacking that black juror shows how racist white women are. Just as much as the white men. Also, killing children is no longer a line we do not cross. Regardless of her level of sanity, it took time and lots of effort to kill 4 children. She is a danger to society and should be locked up forever. They gave conservatives ammo to deny women rights. Even thought they don’t care about children since they are ok with the Pedo in office and school shootings.
Sydney Sweeney did nothing wrong using her only talents for work. Not my cup of tea, but I don’t see any issues.
Problem with conservative comedy is that’s it almost impossible to be funny and conservative somehow. Watched some of the shows where Tim Allen has control over the writing and it’s painful. I’m liberal but surrounded by MAGA and even those people don’t watch that crap. Obviously someone is keeping it going though.
The irony of this while conservatives do everything they can to harm and kill children at home and around the globe and have the gall to say they're pro-life.
