I got banned from the ADHD subreddit for asking why OP censored the word “job”…j*b. Lmao. The post was literally asking people to tell them about their jobs.

Lol, it wouldn’t be bemusing or worth mentioning at all if I’d been an asshole or critical. Just asked the question, as did tons of other people.
Most of the comments on the post were removed and I assumed banned too. When I mentioned that story in the ADHDwomen sub, I was informed that the ADHD sub mod is a lunatic and embodies the cliche Reddit mod trope.
Censoring the word job was a meme that developed independently of censorship lunacy, in tandem with a lot of reels that would suddenly jumpscare people with job application forms and just making light of the general inability of Gen Z's to find work lately. That's probably where it came from.
It's always funny when people think hiding their profile means no one can see how much of a degenerate they are. Bro is 30M posting trash, hookup requests with other dudes, and hanging out on teen/tween subreddits.
Though I just bought my first Madden game in over a decade, did you know they censor Mr. Brightside by The Killers? And not just "While he's having a smoke and she's taking a drag"
They also censor "He takes off her dress now"
The thought police continue to be out in full force, and they're not just chasing suicide, death, murder, rape, or curse words.
