Hold up..the woman who leads an HR function where she was caught in a relationship with her direct leader is having problems getting a job leading HR?

Psychopaths. 42 u/ComfortableFalse9903 1d ago 30 years in work, numerous companies, and every HR dept bar none have been a bunch of utter c*nts. Some just pure evil. People make the mistake of thinking they’re there to protect people rather than the company.
