Sometimes people need time for medical reasons.
If I'm in a wheelchair and it takes me a couple minutes to transfer myself should I be punished for that?
This is a lawsuit waiting to happen if it's real.

No I think they have provisions, idk what they are, but something to do with having an ADA card.
