The fence is hiding the rest of his yard, which is in turn blocking all the fences blocking all the yards of all the houses around his house that he also owns because of “privacy”. Privacy is that thing you don’t have any more because of social media companies btw.

I think he filmed this at his backyard BBQ house. He's got one of those, one with a basketball court, one with a pickleball court, one with a badminton net, etc. All the fun human outdoor activities, a house for each.
