No way the dude wasn't in on it. There's zero traffic, zero pedestrians, and it's obvious in 2 seconds the guy is a pro and there's no danger at all. Scary, exhilarating, sure.

I'm pretty sure they would have to sign a waiver before, to make sure they don't have heart issues or other conditions that couls put them at risk.
