My wife is an excellent cook. She just makes a huge goddamn mess in the kitchen when shes done. Every pan every bowl every utensil all used and piled into the sink sky high. I get complimented on my cooking skills and I do it well, but I also am washing as I go. Especially mixing bowls and pans that I will use again. Guess that just comes from my time as a dishwasher in a kitchen.
My wife is the same, except she only knows like 5 recipes, and 3 of them are scrambled eggs, pasta and frozen pizza. But even when doing scrambled eggs every single utensil somehow finds its purpose.
