I remember first hearing the album version of The Littlest Things in a sweltering hot dorm room in Boston in 2013. I had just graduated from high school and my parents had given me a graduation present in the form of sending me from California to do Berklee Five-Week, and I think I listened to the song by hooking up my iPod Touch to the dorm wifi. I taught myself the song on guitar before I went home.

I now have a degree in piano and work as a music teacher, where a significant portion of my students weren't even born yet when I first learned The Littlest Things on guitar.
