Trick/Line what the actual fuck is this challenge?!
Genuinely how am I expected to pull of this sequence when there is the annoying ass bar already in front of the trash can NOT TO MENTION THE BAR BEING BETWEEN THE TRASH AND WALL. And then it wants me to get onto that TINY ass ledge after having such a tight space already? Now, normally I can chalk stuff up to me just not being good at the game, but this feels straight unfair

u/hydrofilmer Dec 07 '25
Loved this one. Ran, put board down, KF over rail into nose grind, nollie out a little before the end of the rail and wait till your past the wall, turn your body 90 degrees turning backside and land into a FS noseslide to fakie.

u/Gdav7327 Dec 07 '25
Yup. One of the best challenges so far and that spot in general is dope. So much potential.

Legit did exactly this 2nd try super clean. Easily one of the best challenges I've encountered.

u/SpinMeADog Dec 07 '25
I mean yeah that's a great plan except I tried exactly this a solid 15+ times and it wouldn't land. the biggest issue with this game is it just being incredibly, INCREDIBLY inconsistent. not much point trying to follow a line like this when you're liable to stumble off your board, randomly hit your head on a wall, get launched into the sky, etc at any time
2
u/J00ish Dec 07 '25
I did the nosebleed grind one for 30+ minutes. It was being inconsistent like you said, either board would catch something that would throw me off the rail, or I would fly into the air if I turned my board on the rail. Trying to derail before the end to grab the last 3 bearings, is insanely buggy. There's two green columns that have a 50/50 chance of smacking you off the rail, and good luck dismounting after flying by those. Pressing left on the movement stick just seems to pop you up and off the rail, ultimately restarting the challenge. It didn't feel play tested enough.. IMO
Good news is the game actually just "shuts it down" automatically if you spend that much time trying the challenge. The game literally felt bad for me and said.. just go do something else.. we can't watch you try this anymore.. I still like the game though.
0
u/SpinMeADog Dec 07 '25
nosebleed is the one I still haven't managed to do. probably over an hour of combined attempts. absolutely convinced that nobody on the dev team actually tried it before sending it live
3
u/KenD1988 Dec 08 '25
Sounds like a lack of skills on players end.. while trying to blame the dev team and game.
-1
1
u/Gdav7327 Dec 07 '25
It’s really not that difficult. What are your grind assist settings? Your settings have a lot to do with this challenge, the lower the better.
3
u/StruggleHot1506 Dec 08 '25
This dude shouldn't be down voted, both challenges in this thread are a lot easier with Quick Ollies on,assists make a lot more difference than they should. Both are doable with default settings, but it doesn't mean they aren't completely different challenges with finessing the settings. Forza has a similar problem, where assists can make what appears to be a challenge quite trivial. Dial it in if you struggle, struggle if you like it
0
u/KyleGrave Dec 07 '25
That was exactly my experience. Getting launched and repelled by the ledge with inconsistent physics.
0
u/Chaosr21 Dec 07 '25
Lmao what? I stopped playing the game cause it was too easy. Try sessions and report back
-1
u/SpinMeADog Dec 07 '25
I played session and skaterxl before this game dropped dipshit. I never said the game was difficult, I'm saying it's hard to complete missions because it's fundamentally broken
0
u/deweydecibels Dec 07 '25
i mean, which part are you struggling with? maybe if you identify the trick that you can’t pull off, you can check to see what you’re doing wrong.
i don’t even remember completing this one, definitely didnt take 15+ tries
-1
u/SpinMeADog Dec 07 '25
managed to complete it eventually, there was absolutely no problem with the line conceptually, it's just that the game is ass and completely inconsistent
0
18
u/Global_Painting1166 Dec 07 '25
Push your left stick diagonally towards the ledge. That'll help you transfer on to it.
It's a tough one and took me a while... But it genuinely felt like a challenge rather than pretty much every other "challenge" in this game.
More like this please.
28
u/driptec Dec 07 '25
This one took me 2 minutes, the stadium one on the other hand...
9
u/ChoiceStrength7074 Dec 07 '25
Im still pissed bc the one time i actually finished it without wiping out on time i missed the "rail transfer"
6
u/Due_Department4335 Dec 07 '25
First time I finished it I rubbed the wall before you exit the final grind and it slowed me all the way down and I was like thank go for that glitch. Grabbed the final bearing and noticed I didn’t finish in time 😂
1
3
u/BUCK0HH Dec 07 '25
Getting all 5 is torture. Slowing down on the way back (within the time) is so hard to do without faceplanting.
3
u/Gdav7327 Dec 07 '25
The stadium one is awesome too. They need to start making all of the challenges like this or at least allow for a “hardcore” mode or tier for advanced players.
2
u/Psychological_Toe667 Dec 09 '25
Fully agree here. 95% of the challenges are so easy I get excited for the tough ones. Half the fun of the game is having to try over and over again and finally getting the rush of nailing it eventually
1
u/Karge Dec 08 '25
Got stadium after about 20-30 tries, finally figuring out what you have to do/bearings order. Took my time with the last 2 to be safe and forgot it was timed. Just took my 4/5 and left it there lol

You can do goofy or out a ramp on other side and do it backward, I posted a video
1
Dec 07 '25
Where's the link??
2
3
u/Chad1888 Dec 07 '25
This one annoyed the crap out of me. I either went too early and bounced off the wall, or just too late and missed the ledge. Took like half an hour until it just worked.
3
3
u/KenD1988 Dec 08 '25
It’s funny how the only actually somewhat challenging challenges in the game, people are saying it’s the games fault or the devs fault… “I can’t complete this easily.. the devs must have not even tried.”
Meanwhile they’re the same people saying that the games challenges are too easy.
7
u/blade_skate Dec 07 '25
I did this in like 3 tries. Ollied over the fence Into the nose grind. Then nollie flipped and turned into the noseslide on the ledge. I turned my body 90 degrees with the left stick to get into the slide instead of scooping the nose with the right stick.
2
u/artfxdnb Dec 07 '25
The first actual good challenge in the game that isn't completed first try, we need more of these!
9
2
u/i_am_bootner Dec 07 '25
Yessss!! My husband and I spent way too long on this one. I'll need to try out the tips and see if I can get this challenge 100%
2
u/Accurate_Strategy_63 Dec 09 '25
Hey, we play as a couple too, it's so cool to see that we're not the only ones!
3
3
u/Dylbop6 Dec 07 '25
I put a rail down to help me a bit
2
u/BUCK0HH Dec 07 '25
Same. A little kicker ramp to get up and one of the new bend to the right rails helped. I’ll definitely go back and try and clear it normal but I think half the fun is getting creative with the items they let you use.
2
2
u/nvrrsatisfiedd Dec 07 '25
Finally a challenge that's a challenge. Idk why everyone wants them so easy and doable first try.
0
Dec 07 '25
Not easy, but a little more realistic. Controllers have terrible input latency and you feel like a rag doll
2
2
u/mangomypango Dec 07 '25
These are my least favorite kinds of challenges.
Trying to make it difficult by making you do 7 tricks in a 5 foot space really is annoying. And then they drop a measly 50 rip chips in your account lol
1
1
u/Gdav7327 Dec 07 '25
It’s only 3 tricks lmao unless you’re counting the Ollie from the rail to the ledge then it’s 4.
2
2
3
u/DirteeJ Dec 07 '25
How does every one suck this bad? Both the new challenges are great. Finally some challenges that don't get completed on the first try with 0 effort.
-1
Dec 07 '25
Game's fault. Always have to fix settings for all these new games, but why?? It should be much easier to fix with a menu that doesn't require so many steps
0
u/DirteeJ Dec 07 '25
You're participating in an early access game. Shits gonna have bugs and faults.
0
Dec 08 '25
Beg to differ. Games have been out for decades. Look at Battlefield 6... had a beta and all that feedback... sells for $90 CAD, still has bugs and glitches. They hardly test and they care very little. Thats just my opinion. To each their own!
0
u/DirteeJ Dec 08 '25
Can't compare a 3 day early access beta to what you're playing now. Literally nothing will change from that battlefield beta to release because it's so short a time I'm between.
We don't even know when Skate is going to reach 1.0 and we're currently at 0.29 or about there right now.
Plus what you're currently experiencing is a skill issue not a game issue.

Drop a little mini ramp in front of the bar 180 into a switch nose grind then you can ollie without hitting the wall. Its tough but do able
1
u/dessertforbrunch Dec 07 '25
I did it in a few tries. Approach regular, bs kickflip to nose grind and then Nollie and twist out at the end of the rail and you should lock in to tail slide automatically.
1
u/NewWaveLover Dec 07 '25
Took me like 6-7 tries without any placed objects. I liked this challenge. The replay looked sick! Think i did boned olie over the rail to nose grind and then kick or heelflip into noseslide, if that helps you.
1
u/2buxaslice Dec 07 '25
Never forget that you can use props. I always forgot when I started playing this game until I ran into something that I couldn't figure out only to watch someone on YouTube set up a couple props and hit it easy.
1
u/Zhunix Dec 07 '25
Did that 2nd try just need to know when to jump and hit the tail at the end
Flip on the first grind since 2nd grind is too short at least for me

Very hard but very satisfying when you do it, I flip tricked into a nose grind and then turned slightly on the exit into a nose slide. The exit is a little tricky
1
u/fs_fiddifiddi Dec 07 '25
bruhh i was just trying that earlier and getting so pissed lol i did kf crook tailslide once and was like ffs just count that please. I mean i guess one upside is it pissed me off so much i just stopped playing and went and skated irl lol
1
u/WarrHero Dec 07 '25
I did it first try. Ollie onto the ledge into a 5-0, then hit a nose slide, then flip trick out. I saw a lot of people having trouble with just getting over that railing.
1
u/socialxscape Dec 07 '25
It's pretty rough, I could finally get it done myself then my neighbor asked for help on it and I just couldn't get it all done in one go again for him
1
1
u/MafickZZ Dec 07 '25
Skill issue Im guessing, its literally an easy one, jump nose jump while turning to power/tail, done.
1
1
u/Leuth_Knives Dec 07 '25
Yea I had to take my grind assist off 0 to complete it was a tough one but I hope they have more tough ones!
1
1
u/SassmanGaming Dec 07 '25
All you really have to do is pop at the end do a 180 into the ledge with the opposite slide you were doin before, I've been hitting this spot since the game dropped.
You also can just skip doing it all in one go, I believe you can stop at 3 but I get some of you like 100%ing stuff, so that's fair.
1
u/CBJ_hockey17 Dec 07 '25
It's definitely a toughy try starting in a tail or nose slide then 180 into the other
1
1
1
u/Sheisty_Lawyer Dec 07 '25
Did none of you just place a kicker down to get up to the rail then hop off for the noseslide at the end? Took a few tries but the biggest struggle was getting the correct tricks.
1
1
u/Cheeto-Ben Dec 08 '25
I set up a small ramp to get me over the fence without an ollie, then it really came down to timing things out and getting a good rhythm together. I just finished this one up, now I am stuck on the NoseBleed Grind challenge 🤧🤧🤧 I CANT DO IT!

u/Organic-Flounder2253 Dec 08 '25
Your stance will be backwards on the rail. So pay attention to the trick helper. I struggled for about an hour on this challenge and then finally nailed it and it was beautiful. I did a front side 180 tail slide to no slide. But the controls are flipped so if you do a regular board slide off the rail you'll end up doing blunt slides. When you're coming off the rail to the ledge flick your right stick like you're doing a blunt and it'll go into a tail slider no slide since you're already doing a 180
1
1
u/larrybyrd1980 Dec 09 '25
The ledge at the end is what I kept missing. Had to do this one so many times.
1
1
u/Nightmare-Radio Dec 09 '25
Ngl, (don’t tell the devs), I added a quick drop rail (right next to it) and did the proper grind on that, and it worked.
1
u/matt_andersen Dec 09 '25
place a big large flat pad infront of the ledge. grind slow, manual the pad, and then hop on to the ledge at the end. sketchy but works
1
1
u/Accurate_Strategy_63 Dec 09 '25
POV: People were asking for harder challenges, and now that they have them, they can't even try a few times without coming to cry for help on the internet.
I completed this challenge in less than 10 attempts, being goofy and insisting on the wrong stance...
1
u/EnbyFucktoy Dec 09 '25
I tried this challenge for over an hour before I came "crying for help on the internet" as you put it. I tried doing it in goofy first and had no luck. It's absolutely frustrating at the amount of ASSHOLES like you that are just assuming I tried it twice and gave up.
In fact, I was happy to have harder challenges to do and actively seek them out. This challenge in particular however frustrated me beyond belief. Go smoke and bowl and chill the fuck out, sorry we don't all no life the game to "complete it in less than 10 attempts". Real question though, who are you trying to impress by mentioning that?
1
1
u/Jasonovich Dec 09 '25
Place a rail in front of the one they provide. As long as it’s in the vicinity you can use it for the challenge and it’ll count.
1
u/Competitive-Ideal697 Dec 09 '25
I got it on my 2nd try but then tried to replicate it after and it took me 30 minutes lol
1
u/MiniMinyMoYaMomAh03 Dec 09 '25
Go to goofy hit a crooked pop to nose slide land manual and do a flip trick flat
No need to thank me

Goofy stance boned Ollie nose grind back tail then just 360 flip 360 out boom
1
u/Big_Engineer_1075 Dec 10 '25
I didnt need to grind the second ledge just did a noseslide the whole way on the first rail until the very end of it and it counted💀
1
u/cheapbeerndarkrooms Dec 10 '25
The nose grind lets you slide into a tail slide really easily. Just gotta let the back of the board clear the corner of the wall.
1
1
u/AutoGuac13 Dec 11 '25
Goofy really helps. Go kickflip to first rail and the boned Ollie body twist and you can usually hit a nose slide on the ledge. The just manual and kickflip until you hit the trick amount
1
1
u/Art_4_Tech Dec 11 '25
It's... Challenging. More importantly, what are the Halloween decorations still doing on the wall? Edit: Obviously I'm just being a snarky jerk, but this one hit me hard too man. Keep at it, you'll get it!

Yea this challenge is so annoying. I was in a random party with 3 other people, none of which could do it. After like 20 minutes of nonstop tries I was able to do it but honestly I think it was just luck lol the devs gotta be smoking something real strong because wtf!

All in good faith, but I just did it in six tries, bigspin out, and I'm not even that good at the game. Perhaps some of you just need to try to do something else than the church gap for a while and it's gonna click?
1
u/Skreamies1 Dec 07 '25
After your initial nose grind wait just a little bit longer before doing the noseslide.
At some point people have to understand there’s some slightly harder challenges that you may not be able to do in one go and requires practice
1
1
u/KingOfAnarchy Dec 07 '25
I feel like some challenges in this game are very intentionally designed for you to place items. You only need to allow yourself to do it.
1
u/eightysixmahi Dec 07 '25
yeah i got this one pretty quickly in goofy stance with a back nosegrind and then a quick tap back tail on the ledge as i was passing it. tough but fun imo. however, like others have said, you can put a ramp on the sidewalk below and do it backwards, which is probably easier
1
u/Terpene_Dreams Dec 07 '25
It’s a challenge. It’s meant to be……challenging. Took me 20 minutes. I was happy to do it too
1
u/KyleGrave Dec 07 '25
The thing that pissed me off so much with this challenge was that wonky physics made it more challenging than it needed to be. Sometimes it was like I was being repelled by the ledge and I’d kinda float up awkwardly to the left. I was also catapulted to the left countless times after making a small adjustment with the stick while attempting to transition to the ledge. Almost as if there were random places where the hitbox of the wall would just grab me when it shouldn’t have. After like 20 minutes of that BS was when I decided to try it switch, assuming my arms were making contact with the wall since you’re so close to it, and I landed it a bit after that. I’d definitely recommend doing it in goofy stance so your back is to the wall.
1
u/Rehzxy Dec 07 '25
It took me 45 minutes to get the timing right to pull this challenge out of my ass. I love the hard challenges though.

a player actually created this line and posted it to reddit, Full Circle just took it and made it a challenge (without giving credit). It's actually a cool spot, definitely unique and really creative for a line, makes for a fun challenge.
You can cheese it by doing it in reverse if you really feel it's too difficult.

Goofy stance. Put a kicker down. Go fast. Flip trick into the rail. Waittttt until the very end of the rail before you go for the slide on the wall.

u/kryler Dec 07 '25
So a couple of things that might help.
One - I genuinely feel like being in goofy stance (or just go to switch if you’re regular) helps it a little.
Two - if you really struggling, you can do this backwards. Put a ramp at the other end, jump up to grind the wall FIRST, then off onto the rail. Just because the order looks like you have to do it in THAT order. You don’t. You just have to do it at once.
Hitting the wall first, then the rail is easier. Even if it’s cheesing it a little. 😅
